AI Quality Analyst – Chat & Voice

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate AI Responses: Review chat and voice outputs for clarity, accuracy, borrower relevance, and tone aligned with DPDzero’s goals.
  • Test Workflows: Walk through borrower journeys, spot edge cases, and ensure smooth experiences across platforms (web, mobile, IVR).
  • Think from First Principles: Question assumptions, break down complex issues, and propose better solutions.
  • Scenario Creation: Design prompts and test cases that mimic real-world borrower interactions to stress-test AI.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Document bugs, inconsistencies, and insights; work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • AI Alignment Audits: Check responses for compliance with intent, brand voice, and ethical guidelines.
  • Framework Support: Contribute to defining criteria and metrics that raise the bar on AI performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in QA, chatbot/voice testing, research, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to dive deep and learn fast.
  • Interest in generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and how LLMs behave.
  • Basic familiarity with chat/voice UX and conversation design is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
