Recruitment Manager - Telecalling Team

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Building:

    • Recruit and onboard Telecalling agents, Team Leads, and Floor Leads within the specified timeframe.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and ensure alignment with DPDzero’s mission and values.
    • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the telecalling domain.
  2. Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance metrics for the telecalling team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team leads to drive performance improvements.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Technology, to ensure seamless integration of the telecalling team into DPDzero’s operations.
    • Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding processes and enhance the employee experience.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
    • Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong understanding of the telecalling domain and recruitment processes in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
