Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team at DPDzero. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end hiring processes. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection will help us build a high-performing team that drives our mission forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with our company values, culture, and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques and using various recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
