Product Manager - Digital Collection
About the Role
DPDzero is looking for a Product Manager with an AI-first solution mindset to own and scale our digital collections platform. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable improvements in delivery rates, conversions, and AI voice bot adoption while reducing operational costs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll run digital campaign operations end-to-end, prototype AI-powered solutions rapidly, and continuously automate workflows to ensure we scale without growing our operations headcount.
You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, AI, and operations to build intelligent, self-serve digital collection experiences that maximize recovery rates while maintaining compliance and great customer experiences. We expect you to think AI-first for every problem — from using AI tools to prototype features to leveraging AI agents for customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital collections product roadmap and drive outcomes across delivery rates, conversions, and AI adoption
- Design and optimize AI-powered digital collection workflows (SMS, email, WhatsApp, voice bot, chat) to maximize customer engagement and payment conversions
- Apply AI-first thinking to solve operational challenges — default to AI/automation over human-heavy processes
- Run digital campaign operations end-to-end with a focus on continuous automation — scale client volume without scaling ops team
- Leverage user segmentation and analytics to personalize collection strategies and improve ROI on digital spend
- Build ROI models and justifications for digital investment decisions, tracking cost per recovery and operational efficiency
- Prototype new features and workflows using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Loveable) before handing off to engineering — build working prototypes yourself
- Collaborate with engineering, ML, and data teams to integrate AI voice bot capabilities and measure their effectiveness
- Set up experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to optimize messaging, timing, and channel selection
- Monitor real-time campaign performance and iterate quickly based on data insights
- Drive initiatives to reduce non-digital operational spend by replacing manual touchpoints with AI-powered automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C domains (e.g., e-commerce, fintech, consumer apps, digital marketing platforms, SaaS)
- AI-first solution mindset — you default to AI/automation solutions before considering manual/human-heavy approaches
- Strong background in performance marketing and digital marketing with hands-on experience running campaigns
- Deep understanding of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and personalization strategies
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
- Strong UI/UX sensibility — able to design intuitive workflows and user experiences
- Hands-on ability to prototype using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Loveable, or similar) before involving engineering
- Outcome-oriented: proven track record of owning end-to-end outcomes (delivery, conversion, ROI) rather than just shipping features
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, voice bots, or LLM-powered products
- Track record of building AI-powered automation that replaced manual operations at scale
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or campaign orchestration tools
- Background in collections, debt recovery, or lending operations
- Experience in high-growth startups or product-led, ops-backed environments
- Experience building with no-code/low-code AI tools
