Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Specialist to join our team at DPDzero. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing collection strategies, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving deep integrations with our partners. Your strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will contribute to the success of our collections and recovery platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our strategy team to execute collection strategy to our partners to drive more efficiency.
- Utilize our internal tools to maximize collection efficiency and streamline operational processes.
- Collaborate with the data science team to identify insights and improve model efficiencies to enhance collection performance.
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational issues to increase collection efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the collection experience team to drive deep integrations with our partners, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize the collections process.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on operational performance and progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product management, engineering, and data analytics to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Past experience with CRM systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong bias for action.
