Key Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at DPDzero. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our key clients, including banks, fintechs, and NBFCs. Your responsibilities will include understanding their business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth. With your strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of the lending industry, and proactive account management approach, you will contribute to the exceptional business performance of DPDzero.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key clients, including banks, fintechs, and NBFCs, understanding their business goals and requirements.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and proactively providing solutions.
- Account growth: Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize wallet share.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Business analysts, to align strategies, address client needs, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts and collaborate with the sales team to drive additional revenue.
- Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our products and services.
- Account reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue projections, and client feedback for management review.
- Contract renewals: Lead contract renewal discussions, negotiate terms, and ensure timely renewals of client contracts.
Experience:
- Account management experience: 3-5 years of experience in key account management or strategic account management, preferably in the lending industry or related financial services.
- Relationship management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lending industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the lending industry, including knowledge of debt resolution practices, collections, and regulatory requirements.
- Revenue growth: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within key accounts through effective account management strategies.
- Proactive approach: Proven ability to take a proactive approach to account management, identify opportunities, and drive customer success.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build compelling presentations.
