Growth & Strategy Manager - Collections

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional join our dynamic team at DPDzero as Growth & Strategy Manager for collections. You will be responsible for driving collection growth and optimizing performance. Your role will involve managing the lending portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional teams, defining collection strategies, and implementing initiatives to improve collection numbers month on month.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lending portfolio, overseeing collection activities, and driving growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including collection managers, digital campaign managers, and data analysts, to align strategies and optimize collection performance.
  • Define collection budgets and allocate resources efficiently to drive maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with Key account management team to increase Portfolio with existing clients. Increase the number of usecases with our clients.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve collection numbers month on month.
  • Monitor collection metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to gather insights, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Work closely with product teams to enhance collection processes, optimize user experience, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to design effective reach-out programs and collection campaigns.
  • Ensure effective consumer lifecycle management, from onboarding to recovery, to maximize collection efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in collection management.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for smart individuals, preferably with a technical or finance background, who have a strong understanding of numbers and analytics.
  • Experience in marketing and growth-related roles will be considered.
  • Knowledge of collections is desirable but not mandatory, as it can be acquired on the job.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in roles related to marketing, growth, analytics, or finance, demonstrating a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of ownership and the ability to take initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with marketing/collection tools, systems, and technologies will be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new concepts and skills on the job.
