As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and maximize collections efficiency. Your deep understanding of financial services, digital collections strategies, and campaign management will play a vital role in achieving our goals and maximizing the impact of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on digital collections for financial services clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets specific to digital collections.
- Utilize customer segmentation and data analysis to identify target segments and personalize campaign messages for maximum impact on collections.
- Set campaign KPIs and track performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize campaigns for better collections results and ROI.
- Manage the campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive effective collections strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including collections operations and data analytics, to align campaign strategies with business goals and customer needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to digital collections in the financial services sector.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improving collections efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, compliance, and technology, to enhance collections processes and leverage innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in campaign management, specifically in financial services and digital collections.
- Strong understanding of financial services, collections strategies, and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns for digital collections.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools and platforms, such as email marketing platforms, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using insights to optimize collections campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate campaign strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on generating innovative ideas to drive collections efficiency.
