Job Description:

We are seeking a smart and ambitious fresher to join our dynamic team at DPDzero as a Collection Strategy Associate. As a Collection Strategy Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the development and execution of collection strategies to optimize performance and drive growth. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in the collection management field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of collection strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and contribute to the optimization of collection performance.
• Assist in defining collection budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
• Learn to utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Gain exposure to the analysis of customer behavior and segmentation data to contribute to the design of effective collection campaigns.
• Learn to ensure effective consumer lifecycle management to maximize collection efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in collection management.
• Support the team in various tasks and projects related to collection strategy.

Requirements:

• Smart and eager to learn, with a strong interest in the lending and collection management industry.
• Good with numbers, demonstrating a solid understanding of quantitative concepts.
• Strong “get shit done” attitude, willing to take ownership and deliver results.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Friendly and collaborative mindset, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completed MBA from a premier college with a background in engineering or finance.
• Strong academic record and an ability to apply analytical thinking to problem-solving.
