Collection Strategy Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Collection Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team at DPDzero. As the Collection Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing collection strategies to optimize performance and drive growth. You will oversee lending portfolios, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and define collection budgets for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the key account management team to expand the portfolio and unlock new use cases.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance collection processes and user experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to design effective collection campaigns.
  • Ensure effective consumer lifecycle management to maximize collection efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in collection management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst in data-driven environments. Experience in SQL/Python is a plus.
  • Strong combination of business analytics and operations skills.
  • Ability to see both the big picture and pay attention to details, enabling the development of scalable processes with a hands-on approach.
  • Passion for numbers and a determination to achieve daily targets with operational rigor for long-term results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at applying first principles, and skilled at translating broad ideas into actionable plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate solutions in a simple and concise manner.
