Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at DPDzero. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting detailed business analysis within the lending and collection management domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute collection strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting will be essential in ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and understand business problems, opportunities, and potential solutions within the collection management domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute collection strategies that optimize performance and drive growth.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting collection activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Plan and monitor collection performance, conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to pricing strategies for collection services, ensuring competitive and profitable offerings.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track collection performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear and concise documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the collection strategy development and implementation process.

Requirements:

• Smart and eager to learn, with a strong interest in the lending and collection management industry.
• Solid understanding of quantitative concepts and the ability to work with numbers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and propose innovative solutions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
• Engineering/MBA graduate from a premier institute.
• Strong academic record and the ability to apply analytical thinking to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting concepts.
