AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

As an AI/ML Engineer at DPDzero, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions to enhance our debt collections processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions in debt collections.

  2. Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models that optimize debt collection strategies, improve predictive analytics, and reduce operational costs.

  3. Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance communication with customers and optimize debt communication strategies.

  4. Work on feature engineering, data preprocessing, and data augmentation to improve model performance.

  5. Implement and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for collecting and processing data from various sources.

  6. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into our digital collections and recovery platform.

  7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of exclusive AI/ML engineering experience, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and their application in debt collections.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a great attitude toward tackling complex AI/ML challenges.
  • Hard-working and dedicated to achieving results in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location:

This position is based in our office in Bangalore and does not support remote work.
