Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team at DPDzero. As an Account Executive - Fintechs, you will play a crucial role in driving the acquisition of fintechs and NBFCs as our valued partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, understanding their business needs, and presenting the value proposition of DPDzero’s platform. With your strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and relationship-building abilities, you will contribute to expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Onboard new partners, provide product demonstrations, and facilitate training sessions to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Proactively monitor partner accounts, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide guidance on maximizing the value of DPDzero’s platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs and advocate for their success.
  • Track partner interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Continuously stay updated on DPDzero’s product offerings, industry trends, and best practices to effectively support customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong track record of acquiring and managing key accounts, with a focus on fintechs and NBFCs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented approach with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive successful deal closures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
